Valentine’s Day Information 

We ask that you please read all the information below very carefully so that there's no mix up on the day. 

Delivery:

ALL deliveries will be made between 8am - 2pm

We are not taking any specific delivery time.

The only items available on the day are the ones in the Valentine’s Day collection, all orders that are placed for other items that aren’t in the collection will be refunded. 

Due to the information from NSW Health we can only delivery your orders contactless therefor we will not be waiting at your door to answer and it will be placed in a safe spot. 

For the safety of our team, we ask that you do not come to the door until our drivers are at a safe distance away. If this is for someone else please let them know these rules to keep themselves and our team members safe. 

We all love surprises but unfortunately due to covid and being a fresh produce catering company its hard to make it that extra bit special so we ask that you let them know that something will be arriving for them between 8am - 2pm an to keep an eye out. We also ask that you please leave an esky or container for the product to be placed in to help keep it safe just incase their not home or don't hear the door.

If the order has been placed for a house that is hard to get to such as a unit with not public access, house with front gate that isn't open and no answer, hard to get to places (property with the no clear indication of the house number) etc and you have not provided us with delivery instructions your order will be brought back to us and you will need to pick it up after 2pm that day. 

Box information 

Each box is created specifically to cater for you to enjoy on the day. As much as we love our customers sending these to loved ones to enjoy, we ask you please note that Home Grazing is not specifically a gifting company. We pride ourselves on fresh and quality food catering for events and your catering needs.

We have options on our website that helps you create a gift out of our products eg Cards for messages and To and From Cards if you'd like to send this to someone. If you have not purchased one of these, it will not be included in your order and therefor your message in your notes will not be included. 

We have amazing vendors that we use in each of our boxes to make them extra tasty and beautiful. Because our company is growing so rapidly we buy everything in bulk and usually stick to the same flavours in every box. 

Unfortunately at this time we are only catering to dietary and allergy request and aren't taking request for swapping items due to preference at this time. Most days we do but not during big events such as fathers day, Christmas etc. 

On the Day: 

On the day all of our team will be out doing deliveries. Unfortunately we will not be taking and request or enquires on 15th and 16th of February.
